CARRA has two core sets of customers: Institute staff members and CARRA members. Several mechanisms have been established to maintain communication with both of these audiences, and to solicit, consider, and act on customer feedback.
The CARRA program staff is also constantly aware that its ultimate customers are those whose lives are affected by cancer. Therefore, CARRA staff strives to grow and improve the CARRA program in ways which will contribute to the NCI's research mission to reduce the burden of cancer.
