Lung Imaging Database Consortium (LIDC)
The mission of the Lung Image Database Consortium (LIDC) is sharing of lung images, especially low-dose helical CT scans of adults screened for lung cancer, and related technical and clinical data for development and testing of computer-aided cancer screening and diagnosis technology.

Image Database Resources Initiative
The Lung Image Database Consortium efforts are being extended through the efforts of the Imaging Database Resources Initiative (IDRI), a public-private partnership being organized through the aegis of the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health.

Image Archive Resources
This list links the various components and interests of the National Cancer Institute Cancer Imaging Program Image Archive Committee, and related websites. There are special sections on Image Archive formats and standardization.

Molecular Imaging and Contrast Agent Database (MICAD)
MICAD has been developed as a key component of the Molecular Libraries and Imaging Molecular Libraries and Imaging Pathway to Discovery of the NIH Roadmap. MICAD is a freely accessible database that catalogs in a comprehensive and easily accessible manner key research data on in vivo molecular imaging and contrast agents. The MICAD database includes, but is not limited to, agents developed for positron emission tomography (PET), single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT), optical imaging, planar radiography, and planar gamma imaging.
