Health Effects
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Causes eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. Store out of reach of children. Do not reuse empty container, discard in trash.
Acute Health Effects:

Oral LD50 in rats is > 5 g/kg. Dermal LD50 in rabbits is > 2 g/kg. Inhalation LC50: not established. Irritant to eyes but not to skin.
Chronic Health Effects:

Excessive exposure may cause liver, kidney and blood effects (glycol ether). Birth defects are unlikely. Exposures having no adverse effects on the mother should have no effect on the fetus (chelating agent). Spray mists may cause some nasal irritation on prolonged exposure but are considered to be low in toxicity by inhalation.
Carcinogenicity:

Did not cause cancer in long-term animal studies (chelating agent). (Note: the chelating agent is Tetrasodium EDTA.)
