Warnings: Hazard: Danger! Poison! Vapor Harmful. Warning. Use of this product may expose you to methylene chloride and benzene which are known to cause cancer and toluol which is known to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm. Notice: Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational over exposure to solvents with permanent brain and nervous system damage. Precautions: Vapor may ignite explosively. Keep away from heat, sparks, flame. Vapor may cause flash fire. Do not smoke. Turn off and extinguish all flames, pilot lights on stoves, heaters, water heaters, electric motors and other sources of ignition during use and until all vapors are gone. Prevent build up of vapors by opening all windows and doors to achieve cross ventilation. If you can smell even a weak solvent odor, there is a real fire risk. Vapors may spread long distances. Do not use this product for any use that requires quantities of product to be spread over large surfaces (more than4 sq. ft.). The potential for fire and health effects increases dramatically. For any use that requires spreading over a large surface, use a non-flammable product. Use only with adequate ventilation. First Aid: In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes and get medical assistance immediately. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention immediately. Wash clothing before reuse. Thoroughly clean contaminated shoes. If you experience difficulty breathing, leave area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical attention immediately. If swallowed, drink 1 or 2 glasses of water or milk call a physician, hospital emergency room or poison control center for a way to induce vomiting. Keep out of reach of children. Acute Health Effects: From MSDS
Inhalation: Excessive inhalation may produce symptoms of central nervous system depression, ranging from light headedness, nausea and vomiting to unconsciousness and death. Inhalation may cause respiratory irritation and transient pulmonary edema.

Eye Contact: An irritation to the eye, causing pain, tearing, and general inflammation.

Skin Contact: Mildly irritating to skin. Skin contact may produce a burning sensation. This product may be absorbed through the skin although not expected to produce toxicity by this route.

Ingestion: May cause irritation of the gastrointestinal tract with vomiting. If vomiting results in aspiration, chemical pneumonia could follow. Absorption through the gastrointestinal tract may produce symptoms of central nervous system depression ranging from light headedness to unconsciousness.

Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: Persons with angina or other cardiovascular diseases should not be exposed to this product.
Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS
Prolonged or repeated contact may cause skin to become reddened, rough and dry due to the removal of natural oils and may result in dermatitis. This product may be absorbed through the skin.

Toluene is known to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Carcinogenicity: From MSDS
According to the State of California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65), this product contains the following chemicals that may cause cancer and/or reproductive toxicity: Methylene chloride; Toluene; Carbon tetrachloride; Chloroform; Benzene. Methylene chloride, Carbon tetrachloride, Chloroform and Benzene are known to cause cancer.

Handling/Disposal
Handling: From MSDS
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from incompatible materials. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Do not use pressure to empty containers. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing.

Containers, even those that have been emptied, will retain product residue and vapors. Always obey hazard warnings and handle empty containers as if they were full. Vapors of this product are heavier than air and will collect in low places, such as pits or degreasers or other poorly ventilated areas. Do not enter places where vapors are suspected unless special respirator protection is worn and an observer is present.
