VPS Network Printers Modification Service

The Modification procedure is a two-part process:

Part 1: You will be transferred to the CIT Customer gateway. From the customer info list, you will select the one that matches your customer info or the person you are adding. Verification via CIT's Customer Gateway ensure we have accurate customer information to process the request.

Part 2: Once you are verified by CIT, you will be transferred to the main modification form. The information selected on the form is used by VPS Support to provide the following services:

When your printer request has been processed, your Technical LAN Coordinator (TLC) or Computer Support Coordinator (CSC) will receive notification via email. VPS modifications will be processed within 2 business days.
