In Congress, I have championed measures to protect investors, stockholders, workers and retirees from being cheated. I also support policies that allow investors more accessibility to corporate information so they may be able to stay on top of their portfolios. 

    Through stronger criminal penalties and greater oversight, I am confident we will be able to keep corporate America accountable to investors.  We are sending a clear signal to corporate executives: If you commit fraud, you will be found out and punished severely.
