A Career in Organizational Leadership
and Supervision
With the rapid rate of change in our global economy,
increasing reliance on technology and connectivity,
and changing nature of our workforce, the need for leadership
at all levels has become increasingly important. Success
is only attainable if everyone in the organization –
managers as well as co-workers practice effective leadership.
Graduates of the Organizational Leadership and Supervision
(OLS) Program at Purdue North Central can be found in
a variety of businesses such as retail, banking, manufacturing,
healthcare, and other service organizations working
in areas such as human resources, management, production,
quality control or sales.
