Charles L. Hall, Jr., RPh, MBA, Branch Chief, PMB

Mr. Hall received his undergraduate pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1975. He was awarded a Master of Science in Business Organizational Management from the University of LaVerne, California in 1991. In 1995, he completed an American Society of Hospital Pharmacy (ASHP) – accredited general pharmacy practice residency at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland. More…

Patricia R. Schettino, RPh, MS, Associate Branch Chief, PMB

Patricia Schettino holds BS (Pharmacy) and MS (Hospital Pharmacy Administration) degrees from Purdue University. Her experiences prior to coming to CTEP included a variety of positions in three very different settings: community not-for-profit hospital pharmacy, the Clinical Center Pharmacy of the National Institutes of Health, and the Bethesda Naval Hospital Oncology Clinic. Matthew J. Boron, RPh joined the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) in 2000 as a Clinical Research Pharmacist in the Drug Management and Authorization Section (DMAS) of the Pharmaceutical Management Branch (PMB), where he was responsible for a portfolio of biologic agents under CTEP Investigational New Drug applications (INDs). Dr. Eby joined CTEP as a Senior Clinical Research Pharmacist in September 2001. She is responsible for providing pharmaceutical expertise for a variety of activities related to CTEP sponsored clinical trials. Her focus is to negotiate with pharmaceutical company representatives, estimate study product requirements, and adhere to specifications prior to their distribution to clinical sites. More…

Rodney Howells, RPh, BCOP, Senior Clinical Research Pharmacist

Mr. Howells originally joined CTEP as a Clinical Research Pharmacist with the Drug Management and Authorization Section, Pharmaceutical Management Branch in September, 2001. Ravie Kem, RPh, Pharm D, Senior Clinical Research Pharmacist

Ravie Kem graduated with a BS in Pharmacy from Xavier University College of Pharmacy and a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from University of Florida. Prior to joining NCI/CTEP, she provided clinical interventions and recommendations in diverse areas including dispensing and preparing drugs (IV, TPN, chemotherapy, antibiotics, and investigational drugs) in various inpatient settings at Georgetown University Medical Center. Donna A Shriner, RPh, PharmD, MPH, Senior Clinical Research Pharmacist

Dr. Donna A. Shriner received her Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from West Virginia University in 1983 and began work as a hospital pharmacist in a small community hospital in southern West Virginia. In 1985-86, she completed an American Society of Hospital Pharmacy (ASHP) – accredited residency in clinical pharmacy at the National Institutes of Health before entering the Doctor of Pharmacy program at the University of Texas in 1986.
