Ingestion Hazards: Drink several glasses of water to dilute the ingested material. Call a physician for advice. This product contains sodium bicarbonate, which is mildly toxic. Doses of sodium bicarbonate of over 5grams/kilogram of body weight can cause alkalosis and expansion in extracellular fluid volume with edema. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
Inhalation Hazards: May cause cough and mild respiratory irritation. Remove to fresh air.
