Part 1: contains Epoxy Resin. CAUTION. IRRITANT. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, flush with plenty of water. Consult a physician. HARMFUL IF INGESTED. Do not take internally. VAPORS HARMFUL. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapor. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep from the reach of children.

Inhalation: (Parts 1 and 2) Excessive inhalation of vapors may cause nasal and respiratory irritation, acute nervous system depression, or lung injury. Eye Contact: (Part 1) Contact with liquid may result in irritation, redness, tearing, and possible minor temporary corneal injury.
(Part 2) Contact with liquid may result in irritation, redness, tearing, and possible chemical burns. Skin Contact: (Parts 1 and 2) Contact with wet material may result in irritation of the skin and may be a skin sensitizer. Ingestion: (Parts 1 and 2) Ingestion of this material may cause gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting.

(Part 1) No chronic effects of overexposure are known.
(Part 2) Overexposure to 2,4,6-Tri(dimethylamino)methyl phenol can cause severe skin and eye irritation. Also moderately toxic by ingestion or skin contact.

Handling/Disposal
|
From MSDS
(Parts 1 and 2) Store material in a cool, well-ventilated area. Do not store at temperatures above 75 degrees F. Do not use or store near heat, sparks, or open flame. Keep containers tightly closed. Avoid contact with incompatible materials. Reaction with epoxy resins will release heat.
This product must be mixed with epoxy resin to use. Please refer to MSDS for resin before using. If product is to be sanded, the PEL/TLV of 10 mg/m3 for nuisance dusts should be observed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

(Parts 1 and 2) Dispose of in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Waste from this product may be hazardous as defined under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) 40 CFR 261. Waste must be tested for ignitability to determine the applicable EPA hazardous waste numbers. Before attempting clean-up or disposing of material refer to hazard information in other sections of this sheet.
