This ultra-fast line scanning system is designed for live samples requiring either fast acquisition or high sensitivity. An auxiliary point scanner
allows for excitation of custom regions of interest. Photoactivation, FRAP and FRET of fluorescent proteins are fully supported. Heated perfusion
and solution change is available. A full environmental chamber will be installed in Spring 08.
