If neither temperature control nor perfusion is important to your experiments, we recommend using a standard Attofluor chamber. These chambers accept a 25mm round coverslips on which cells are grown. These chambers may also be used with a _PDMI stage insert_ for temperature control. Note that an objective heater is advisable for accurate temperature control.
