Running a study with 140 timepoints per run (25-slice volumes).
Unable to process all scans with Ifile. Tried to use a subset of series.
I'm getting the following errors. I'm particularly concerned with the missing slices. It looks like Ifile is not able to merge images across series to form volumes. Is there a fix other than taking files from the next volume in order to complete the last volume?
