Hello,
I haven't been able to read in our GE SPGR datasets with AFNI's to3d tool. Our slice header starts with a MRI3 rather than IMGF.
* I'd imagine one could use to3d to read them in by telling it to skip the header info and read the raw data only.
* Our EPI data comes out as .sdt volumes, so I am also wondering if I will have to split them into slices so they can ne read by to3d.
