This is an index of UniGene assemblies and our most current build of predicted SNP locations, searchable by gene, description, or nucleotide sequence. Flatfiles are also available for download, as well as translations of SNPs onto reference sequences.

NOTE: wildcards (*) may be used; for example, "GST*" would match GSTA1, GSTA2, GSTM1, etc. If multiple keywords are specified they must appear sequentially in the description to match.
