- Genetic map positions of markers are from the CHLC/ABI sex-averaged version 1 linkage map. - Physical map locations of markers are from the NCBI GeneMap'99 Genebridge4 radiation hybrid map. - Orange histogram bars indicate the number of predicted SNPs localized to each map interval. - Red histogram bars indicate the number of validated SNPs localized to each map interval. - Purple histogram bars indicate the number of confirmed SNPs localized to each map interval. - Histogram bars are linked to lists of SNPs localized to the corresponding map intervals. - Intervals of the genetic map are linked to lists of SNPs mapped to those intervals. - Intervals of the physical map are linked to graphical displays of loci with SNPs mapped to those intervals. - Bands on the chromosome ideogram are linked to a search engine which retrieves SNPs by cytogenetic location. - Reference marker names are linked to annotation compiled by the Cooperative Human Linkage Center. - Certain reference markers have not been positioned on the GeneMap'99 Genebridge4 radiation hybrid map.  To link the genetic and physical maps these markers were assigned physical map positions of nearby Genethon markers.  Click on the starred physical map positions for information about proxy markers.
