PC users: Click on a link to the file you wish to view. If the file is an Excel (.xls) or Powerpoint (.ppt) file, it will launch the appropriate viewing application (if you are using Internet Explorer, the application will launch directly in your browser window). If it is another file type, or if you wish to save the file to your hard disk, right-click on a link and choose "Save Target As".

Macintosh users: Control-click on a link and choose "Save Link As". Make sure Format type is set to "Source".
