Product Description:
Pathways is a suite of tools, which include: cPath, an open source pathway database and software suite designed for systems biology research; and Cytoscape, used to overlay gene expression data and visualize the results. The third piece is Biological Pathway Exchange language, which is a data standard currently under development to model biological pathways. |
