Hi Daniel,

thanks for the effort! Did you check whether using my command in matlab returned a ROI that is in the same location as when generated using the command through the terminal?

Yep, the numbers are getting piped correctly, that's the weird thing...

Attached the result (I tried it again to be sure). The red dot is the one I get when using the command through matlab, the white one is the one I get when doing it from within the terminal (this is the correct one).
