Description: GMAC Subcommittee on Training

The way you communicate has a big impact on your ability to get along with people and to get things done. Good communication skills can help you to avoid conflict and to solve problems.

This seminar will help you to learn about the essentials of communicating; identify what are the barriers to effective communication; what is the silent factor of non-verbal communication; and to understand how body language is important.

What about your e-mails? Did you know that there are four types of questions and which one will get you the information you need? Are you aware of e-mail etiquette and why is it important?
