Washington, DC—Congresswoman Diane E. Watson will receive a star on the Promenade of Prominence Walk of Fame at the Ted Watkins Park Saturday, February 23, 2008. 

A ceremony will be held in the Congresswoman’s honor. This celebration will highlight Rep. Watson’s accomplishments throughout her career in politics. The focus will be on her achievements on the school board, California State Senate, Ambassador to Micronesia, and as a Congresswoman.
