Emergency Overview:
Appearance & Odor: Tan-brown solid in liquid suspension
Warning Statements:
RESTRICTED USE PESTICIDE due to oncogenicity of alachlor and surface and
ground water concerns associated with atrazine. For retail sale to and use only by Certified Applicators or persons under their direct supervision and only for those uses covered by the Certified Applicator's certification.
Users must read and follow all precautionary statements and instructions for use in order to minimize potential for atrazine to reach ground and surface water.
The use of this product may be hazardous to your health. This product contains alachlor which has been determined to cause tumors in laboratory animals.
Keep out of reach of children.
 CAUTION!
 HARMFUL IF INHALED
 MAY CAUSE ALLERGIC SKIN REACTION
Potential Adverse Health Effects:
Likely Routes of Exposure: Inhalation and skin contact.
Eye Contact: No more than slightly irritating based on toxicity studies.
Skin Contact: No more than slightly toxic or slightly irritating based on toxicity studies. Whereas animal testing of BULLET Herbicide did not show it to be a skin sensitizing agent, repeated contact with the alachlor and atrazine components of this material may cause allergic skin reaction in susceptible individuals.
Ingestion: No more than slightly toxic based on toxicity studies. No significant adverse health effects are expected to develop if only small amounts (less than a mouthful) are swallowed.
Inhalation: No more than slightly toxic if inhaled based on toxicity studies.
NOTE: This product contains less than 0.4% sodium sulfite. In sulfite-sensitive individuals, skin reactions have been reported following dermal exposures, and respiratory reactions have been reported on ingestion of food, or on ingestion or inhalation of medications which contain related sulfiting agents (bisulfites or metabisulfites) as preservatives. Individuals with asthma may be more prone
to these types of reactions.

From MSDS
Atrazine is classified as "possibly carcinogenic to humans" by the International
Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC Monographs, Vol. 53). The IARC listing is based, in part, on their determination that
there is insufficient evidence the carcinogenicity of atrazine in humans and only limited evidence for the carcinogenicity of
atrazine in experimental animals.

Handling/Disposal

From MSDS
Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist.
Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing.
Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
Remove clothing immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
Seek medical attention if breathing difficulty develops.
Alachlor and atrazine have been identified in limited groundwater sampling and there is the possibility that they can leach through the soil to groundwater, especially where soils are coarse and groundwater is near the surface. Users are advised not to apply this product to sand and loamy sand soils where the water table (groundwater) is near the surface and where these soils are permeable (well drained).
Groundwater contamination may be reduced by diking and flooring of permanent liquid bulk storage sites with an impermeable material.
This product may not be mixed/loaded or used within 50 feet of all wells including abandoned wells, drainage wells and sink holes. This product may not be mixed or loaded within 50 feet of intermittent streams and rivers, natural or impounded lakes and reservoirs. This product may not be applied aerially or by ground within 66 feet of the points where field surface water runoff enters perennial or intermittent streams and rivers or within 200 feet around natural or impounded lakes and reservoirs. If this product is applied to highly
erodible land, the 66-foot buffer or set-back from runoff points must be planted to a crop or seeded with grass or other suitable crop. Where there are state/local requirements regarding atrazine use (including lower
maximum rates and/or higher set-backs) which are different from the label, the more restrictive/protective requirements apply.
Care must be taken when using this product to prevent back siphoning into wells, spills or improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixtures or rinsates.
Check valves or anti-siphoning devices must be used on all mixing and/or irrigation equipment. Disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixtures, or rinsate should be according to label use instructions or according to the
state pesticide or environmental control agency or the hazardous waste representative at the nearest EPA regional office.
Following application, and during rainfall events that cause runoff, alachlor and atrazine may reach surface water bodies including streams, rivers and reservoirs.
This product is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not apply where runoff is likely to occur. Do not apply
when weather conditions are likely to cause drift from treated areas. Runoff and drift from treated areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters.
Do not contaminate water, foodstuffs, feed or seed by storage or disposal.
