NCI-Frederick Recycling Program:

Material Type: Pipette Trays
 

Instructions: Place EMPTY pipette trays in clear plastic bags and arrange for pickup by Waste Management x5718 or email chemwaste@ncifcrf.gov Note - Pipette tip trays are the only class 5 recyclables that NCI-Frederick currently recycles.
  *No longer place bags of trays outdoors by dumpsters. Keep the bags in your lab and notify waste management.* Please do not use autoclave bags!
  Boxes are sent to Bethesda, consolidated with other boxes, and ground up before shipment to a plastics recycler. Please ensure no tips or product remains in the boxes!

Any size box type, class 5, plastic trays are OK.


Do not remove the inserts.

Please use clear bags.

30gal clear bags are available at the warehouse.
