The purpose of this notice is to extend the expiration date for the following Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA):

PAR-06-039: DISSEMINATION AND IMPLEMENTATION RESEARCH IN HEALTH (R01)

This FOA will remain active for the next AIDS Application Receipt Date of January 2, 2007.  AIDS-related applications in response to this FOA should use the current PHS 398 application forms and instructions, which are available at: http://grants.nih.gov/grants/forms.htm.  

After the January 2 submission/receipt date, all applicants must apply in response to the updated funding opportunity announcement, PAR-07-086; using the SF424 application forms, accessed through the announcement.
