HazWaste.net Updates

On December 21, 2007 letters were mailed to small and large quantity hazardous waste generators announcing the March 1, 2008 due date for the calendar year 2007 annual report.

Letters to registered Conditionally Exempt Generators (CEGs) were mailed on January 24, 2008. CEGs are not required to submit an annual report unless there has been a change in generator status or site information (e.g., site location, contact information, etc.) Changes are required to be reported by April 1, 2008.
