Biosketch:
Ms. Diane Meeks is a Contracting Officer in the Research & Development Contracts Management Branch, Office of Acquisitions, NIDDK. Prior to working in the NIDDK, she worked in the Office of the Chief, Laboratory of Molecular Genetics, for the Child Health Institute. Her entire federal career of nearly thirty years has been in the field of government purchasing.
