Tasks are generally run by the stimulus computer, Ika, which delivers auditory and visual cues to the subjects. Codes are sent from Ika to the MEG system to identify relevant time points.
There are a variety of ADC inputs which are used to track the analog inputs of the various devices. The system can also produce pulses and other waveforms.
