parsemarks

Parsemarks is a Python script that prints the marker information contained in the MarkerFile.mrk file associated with each dataset. Parsemarks can also do some processing on the marks, such as combining, subsetting, simple logical queries, etc.

Download and Installation

1. Download parsemarks (this is version 1.3) and put it in your bin directory.
2. Make it executable (see Scripting Basics).

Usage

Simply running parsemarks with no arguments will produce a detailed usage message.
