What services does this resource provide?
The Proteomics Research Centers (PRCs) have been established to elucidate the proteomes of various NIAID Category A-C priority Pathogens and other microorganisms responsible for emerging and/or re-emerging diseases using existing proteomics technologies, and/or the creation of novel proteomics approaches and early stage validation assays. Their goal is to discover targets for potential candidates for the next generation of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics.
The following byproducts of the Centers’ research activities are made available to the research community:
- Biological Research Resources (non-Government links)
