Sex Differences in Violent Victimization, 1994Uses 1994 data from the NCVS to examine similarities and differences in the magnitude and pattern of violent victimization characterized by the sex of the victim. Sections of the report contain detailed information about specific violent crime types and contextual characteristics of violence against both women and men and their relationship to those who victimize them. Data include series crimes, multiple-offender versus lone-offender crimes, demographics, crime reporting behavior, injuries, and weapon use. A methodology section is provided. 9/97 NCJ 164508
