Brief Meeting Description

The U.S.-Japan CMSP's 13th International Conference on Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) in the Pacific Rim will focus on enteric diseases.  The CMSP was established in 1965 to foster joint cooperative biomedical research efforts specifically on important public health issues in Asia.  As such, this conference is an opportunity to share the latest scientific information on enteric diseases, and also to discuss and identify potential areas for collaborative research. The working language for this conference is English.

• Enteric Disease and Global Trade in Food
• Practical Therapeutics, Vaccines, and Diagnostics
• Enteric Co-Infections and the Intestinal Microbiome
• Pathogenesis and Epidemiology of Enteric Disease

• Resources through NIAID for the Enteric Disease Research Community
