Combined Face-to-Face Meeting and Conference

 with optional tour of Nevada Cancer Institute 5:30 PM -7:00 PM on Thursday, March 19
 March 20 , 2009 – END by 12:30 PM

ALL Conference Meetings will take place at the RED ROCK Meeting Facility, located approximately 3 miles from the Nevada Cancer Institute
The Imaging and Clinical Trials Management Systems Workspaces are holding a combined caBIG® conference near to the Nevada Cancer Institute, the official cancer institute for the State of Nevada. 

The agenda for the combined Face to Face Conference will include:

  • A software demonstration of the caBIG Clinical Trials Suite of tools (https://cabig.nci.nih.gov/adopt/CTCF/) and the caBIG® Imaging tools (https://cabig.nci.nih.gov/tools/toolfolder_view) side by side.  Subject Matter Experts/developers will provide demonstrations and answer questions.
  • Cross Imaging/CTMS product line education sessions.  Specific opportunities to integrate with Imaging and CTMS product lines will be identified.  Feedback will be sought from the attendees regarding the prioritization of features and enhancements to the caBIG® Imaging products. 
  • Workspace update sessions on all the CTMS activities and deployment plans.  Focus will be on the deployment of the Clinical Trials Reporting Program including a panel of speakers; the Clinical Trials Suite 1.1 release; a panel of Adopters of the Suite providing their “Lessons Learned”; communication sessions on the Case Report Form effort including discussions around barriers to using Common Data Elements
  • Informational sessions regarding caBIG® Workspace products currently in “real world” use as well as new and future development will be presented.
