Welcome to the caGrid Knowledge Center

Mission/Scope and Services

The caGrid Knowledge Center is an NCI-supported resource led by The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center and OSU Biomedical Informatics Department, in collaboration with the University of Chicago and the Argonne National Lab. The Knowledge Center provides a centralized information resource for the caGrid community (that includes you!).

The caGrid Knowledge Center’s mission is to provide comprehensive information resources and services to facilitate collaborative scientific research using caGrid.

The Knowledge Center has the following primary aims:

  • Providing comprehensive caGrid information resources to meet self-service information needs.
  • Assisting scientific projects via collaboration and guidance to leverage caGrid for high-value, high-impact scientific research. This includes mentorship and technical guidance for the caBIG® Deployment community.
  • Fostering a dynamic, active caGrid community by promoting knowledge sharing among community members. This includes maintaining the Training Grid and caGrid Incubator.
