Loansome DOC Article Ordering Service - Security Alert


Question: Why am I seeing a security alert going to Loansome Doc?
Answer:

To protect your privacy, Loansome Doc uses security socket layer (SSL) which encrypts data sent between your PC and the National Library of Medicine's server. NLM has been issued a web site certificate to provide 3rd party verification of its secure connection, however some older browsers may not recognize the certificate properly.
