caBIG™ is committed to making training available to new and existing
community members. Training modules, including the caCore curriculum, are posted in the caBIG™ Learning Management System
(LMS). On this page, we welcome suggestions for future training,
including specific recommendations for hands-on boot camps. Current requests are posted below – see what others are asking for,

Want to attend an online training as soon as possible on caaarray

CIBMTR's AGNIS system has data elements that are being "curated" with the NCI's Cancer data standards repository. I would like to take this training to get a better understanding of what this system is, and its potential application for future documentation purposes.

We would like to request another Developer Boot Camp when possible, to include members of the caAERS team. Request comes via Lynne Wilkens, who is functioning as the VCDE mentor for the caAERS team.

caArray Overview - instructor led session

Mayo is taking over complete responsibility for the caCORE EVS API, a role that here-to-fore had been supported by the Northrop-Grumman and SAIC caCORE team. The transition requires that Mayo learn about the caCORE tools and procedures for building caCORE-like systems. I am requesting that an out-of-sequence boot camp be scheduled during the next six weeks (ie before mid-May). About a half dozen Mayo staff will attend.

For the LexBig/EVS development, our developers need to attend the caCORE Developers BootCamp as part of our most recent contractual obligations. Therefore it would be very helpful to have this training available sometime in either late April or in May. Please let us know if this is possible. Thank you!
