    Unlock Account


IEdison users cannot log in to the system if their accounts are locked. An account is locked when a user exceeds the maximum number of tries to log in successfully. To unlock an account:

  1. Search for the account you want to modify as described in Search Accounts.
  2. In the result set for the desired account, click Unlock Account. The Verify Unlock Account - Unlock Account page is displayed.
  3. Click Yes to confirm and finalize the unlocking of the account. The Unlock Account - Unlock Account Confirmation page opens to confirm the account was unlocked.

    OR

    Click No, to cancel the unlocking of the account. The Modify Account - Results for Modify Account Search page is redisplayed.
