    Account Locked


For security reasons, the iEdison system locks an account when the number of maximum login tries has been exceeded. Administrators of the iEdison system set the number of retries allowed. Once an account is locked, the user must contact their iEdison administrator to get it unlocked. As long as the account remains locked, the user will not be able to access the secure pages within the iEdison system.
