RELAXATION ROOM

Are you feeling stressed? Are you looking for a place to relax during your work day? The Scientific Library and Occupational Health Services can help! We are working together to offer NCI-Frederick employees an opportunity to use the RELAXATION ROOM.

The RELAXATION ROOM is located in the Scientific Library in Building 549. The Room consists of a comfortable chair with a massage/heat pad, a TV/VCR/DVD unit, headphones, some relaxation DVDs and CDs, and a sound machine.

The Room is available for use by NCI-Frederick personnel for private relaxation and stress reduction. You can reserve the Room for 30-minute periods during regular Library hours. To reserve a time to use the RELAXATION ROOM, please call x1682.

NOTE: We suggest that you use your own time during the work day for this activity, and that you have supervisory approval.
