  • My Blood Pressure Wallet Card, a great handout in convenient pocket-size. Main message to patients is, "I can do it!" to encourage them to keep up the lifestyle changes that will help lower their blood pressure
  • An online network where you can register to exchange ideas and announcements about events related to combating high blood pressure in your area during Month and the rest of the year
