Fort Detrick [ mission/goals ]

Welcome back to all Fort Detrick Mission Partner (FDMP) employees to Fitness Challenge 2007. Participants are encouraged to create an account and log their progress on the Fitness Tracker, as well as take advantage of our find-a-fitness buddy tool, fitness tips, healthful recipes and fitness events.

The FDMP Challenge is to:

  • Lose a ton (2000 lbs) of weight;
  • Walk, run or bike around the world (~25,000 miles at the equator);
  • For each 500 employee participants, to complete a year’s (8,760 hours) of other fitness activities (e.g., aerobics, weight lifting, martial arts, etc.)
