Process Name Welding Over Coatings
Description Thermal degradation of coatings include: Bisphenol A and methacrylates (epoxy paints and primers); formaldehydes and aldehydes (all paints); phthalic anhydrides (alkyd paints and primers); hydrogen chloride (chlorinated rubber paints); and pigments (Pb, Cr, Sn, Cu, Sb, and Zn).
