An Updated NIH Computer Center User's Guide
(OS/390 South System) Is Available
The latest edition of the NIH Computer Center User's Guide (OS/390 South System) is now available through the CIT publication service. This July 2003 edition is current through Interface issue 227 (July 2003) and the Titan/South System News newsletter of July 9, 2003.
What's New
This update of the User's Guide includes:
South system users should become familiar with the Titan User's Guide as a "preview" of things to come. This is available from the CIT publication Web pageunder the category "NIH Computer Center User's Guides." CIT regularly updates information on the Titan Transition Web page, which you will want to check from time to time.
How to Get a Copy
In the past, users received the updates to the NIH Computer Center User's Guide in the mail automatically whenever there was an update, but CIT has discontinued the automatic mailing service.
The updated NIH Computer Center User's Guide (OS/390 South system) is now only available from TASC or from the the CIT publication Web pageunder the category "NIH Computer Center User's Guides." The User's Guide is available in the following formats:

Stay Up to Date
We strongly recommend that all users of CIT's OS/390 services subscribe to two e-mail lists that announce new issues of the Titan/South System News and Interface. Subscribing to these is also easy from their respective Web pages.
In addition, you can subscribe to the "CIT-Doc-Renew" list that sends you e-mail notification whenever a new manual is available. CIT only distributes updates of publications when they are specifically requested.
