Dear Colleagues,
The National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) has just completed drafting its Strategic Plan for 2009 - 2013. Before the plan is finalized, we invite you to give us your comments and suggestions.
The draft Strategic Plan presents a series of goals and objectives that provide continuity in key areas yet also take full advantage of new research and training opportunities. In addition, the plan includes appendices that illustrate significant facts about NIDCR and highlight selected ongoing research efforts. In developing the draft plan, we have aimed to be responsive to our many colleagues and constituencies. Our goal is to actively advance the breadth and diversity of oral, dental, and craniofacial research while recognizing the need to be focused and pragmatic.
The draft plan was developed with the benefit of your input. Please take the time to read the plan and give us your comments on the form provided by February 27, 2009.
