Research Externship Program
Research externships are offered for students who wish to participate in research investigating various aspects of discourse processing as a function of prefrontal damage or the aging process. This program is "project-oriented," affording students an opportunity to learn skills in core research competencies. The project ends with a scientific presentation during Rehabilitation Medicine Grand Rounds or a scientific poster at a research meeting at NIH or an outside organization. Consideration into the program requires application, research writing sample and recommendations.
