Electronic Questionnaires for Investigation Processing (e-QIP)
ATTENTION: You are being directed to the OPM e-QIP site. Please note that you must first be initiated by the Division of Personnel Security and Access Control (DPSAC) before you can access the e-QIP online portal to complete your Electronic Investigation Questionnaires.
Once you have been initiated by DPSAC you will receive an e-mail directing you to proceed to the e-QIP questionnaires.
