CGAP Opens in New Window: CGAP   The NCI Cancer Genome Anatomy Project (CGAP) provides access to extensive cancer genetics data, bioinformatics analysis tools, and biological resources.
GAI Opens in New Window: GAI   The NCI Cancer Genome Anatomy Project (CGAP) Genetic Annotation Initiative (GAI) is a research program to use technology (such as data mining) to delineate, characterize, and validate genetic variation in cancer-related genes. All GAI candidate, validated, and confirmed genetic variants are publicly available, and variation prediction tools may be accessed through a public server.
caArray Opens in New Window: caArray   The NCICB's cancer array informatics project, caArray, consists of a microarray database and microarray data analysis and visualization tools. caArray is an open source project, and the source code and APIs are available in the caArray Informatics page. The goals of the project are to make microarray data publicly available, and to develop and bring together open source tools to analyze these data.
