Editing Hierarchy Components

Note: Division information is displayed only after School information is selected, and Department information is displayed only after Division information is selected.

1. Select Institution Profile | Maintain Org Hierarchy to open the Maintain Organization Hierarchy page (IPF2014).
2. To edit school information:

1. Click Edit next to the school name to open the Edit School page (IPF2016).
2. Select a school name. Type in the desired name or click the Pick from Recommended List hyperlink to select a school name from the drop-down list.
3. Select a school category from the drop-down list.
4. Click Save to update the information and return to the Maintain Organization Hierarchy page.
3. To edit division information:

1. Click Edit next to the division name to open the Edit Division page (IPF2013).
2. Select a division name. Type in the desired name or click the Pick from Recommended List hyperlink to select a division name from the drop-down list.
3. Click Save to update the information and return to the Maintain Organization Hierarchy page.
4. To edit department information:

1. Click the Edit hyperlink next to the desired department name to open the Edit Department page (IPF2011).
2. Select a department name. Type in the desired name or click the Pick from Recommended List hyperlink to select a department from the drop-down list.
3. Select a department category from the drop-down list.
4. Click Save to update the information and return to the Maintain Organization Hierarchy page.
