Querying Closeout Grants

1. Select Status | Closeout to open the Search Closeout page (STA4043).
2. Enter the desired query information, noting the following:
• Project End Date Between . Used to find grant projects with a project end date equal to or later than the first date and a project end date equal to or prior to the specified date.
• Grant Number . The unique identification number for the grant. See Understanding Grant Numbers for more information.
• Principal Investigator Name .
• Closeout Status . Indicates the current status of the project. Possible values are Open, Closed, and All.
• Closeout documents required . Final Progress Report, Final Invention Statement, and Financial Status Report.
3. Click Search to enter the query and open the Closeout Search Results page (STA4049).
