Not Submitted and WIP FSR Records

FSR modifications are based on the state of the FSR record and User's Role. When the FSR report has not been started or the report has been newly started; however, not submitted (WIP):

• Clicking the grant number link from the Hit List directly accesses the FSR Details Screen (FSR8004).

Grants with an FSR Status of Late, Due, and Pending will access the FSR Edit Screen (FSR8005).
