Office of Project Management
The Project Management Office (PMO) provides direct support to the eRA Project Manager, the eRA Implementation and Operations Manager, and the eRA Project Management Team. The PMO is responsible for establishing eRA project management processes, controls the eRA budget, and tracks overall project costs and schedules. In close association with the eRA Project Management Team, the PMO determines software development priorities. The PMO is the focal point for all information resources management and reporting activities related to eRA. In this capacity, the PMO verifies and validates cost projections, tracks the completion of established milestones, and tracks the fulfillment of user requirements and the delivery of planned benefits. The PMO periodically reviews the project to confirm that existing systems are on track to achieve mission objectives and to identify changes in requirements.
